The Local Authority (North Yorkshire Council) continues to be responsible for co-ordinating all admissions, in year transfers and appeals in the Malton area.

Statutory consultation on HCAT Admissions Policy 2026-27

Hull Collaborative Academy Trust (HCAT) is the admissions body for all schools that form the trust. As such we are required to consult on our policy in line with the admissions code. In this instance we are consulting on the admissions policy for primary schools in HCAT. Our consultation period will run from 2^nd October until 13^th November. Any comments on the policy should be sent to info@HCAT.org.uk no later than 13^th November 3pm.
